THE RED HOUSE | CLIFTON PARK, NY

Massing— This home focused on minimizing the building(s) footprint, but still engaging with the landscape in a meaningful way. The home’s footprint is 30’x30’ and because the site slopes to the north we can create a walkout basement -adding to the home’s overall square footage. The Entry Porch is a steel structure that physically links the Home with the Garage, but it also allows one to walk along the highest point of the site and over look the landscape.
