340 East 64th Street

A full renovation of a 1965 apartment located on the Upper East Side.  The apartment is approximately 1100 square feet with large north facing windows that provide natural light into the space.

The Design Concept for this project was to create a White Box.  Removing and rearranging many of the interior walls allowed the natural light to flow into more spaces.  The walls were painted pure white and then the individual spaces were defined by selecting materials and furnishings with rich textures and colors.  The materials are focal points within the spaces, resembling artwork carefully positioned through out the apartment.

Custom woodwork and cabinetry were installed into the kitchen, bar, and master closet.
